It's imperative to have contact information of allocated Managers and/or staff who can liaise with us. Security needs to know who we are and why we're there. In addition to keeping our own cleaning staff safe and secure. If we're cleaning secured areas, we may be allocated alarm codes, although in many buildings Security is appointed to activate alarms only after cleaners have left the premises. If they don't have our number, they can not determine if our cleaners are still in the building or not, especially if there are many floors.
Rad Cleaning Services can clean your apartment, home or other premises while you're away, or on holiday. Again, we'll include in your cleaning plan a strategy for keeping your premises secure. We also need to know if there are any pets or guard dogs that may frighten our cleaning staff. We're happy to work in with you, in any way necessary. We can deactivate and reactivate your home alarm system during the cleaning process. If you wish, we can call your alarm monitoring company to let them know we are off site, leaving you to enjoy your holiday. In addition to this, you'll return to a clean smelling home and for an additional fee we can water your plants and feed your goldfish, if this is something you don't wish to contract to a house sitter instead.
Our cleaning approach is backed by our quality care, in providing you with an optional detailed report on areas of your property that may be at high risk, an easy grab for a burglar or light handed employee and it's more prevalent than one believes. This will incur a small to medium additional fee, depending on the size of the breach and the time necessary to rectify it. For example, if a window is broken, you may wish to appoint us to get it repaired and then be billed separately by our registered security company.
